Business Administration Apprenticeship 2016/17

Applicants must have an interest or experience in the catering industry.

Aged between 16 and 24 with own transport.

1 year Apprenticeship that will provide you with a wide range of transferable business and administration skills and knowledge, putting you on the right path for success in your current and future roles.

Assisting the Area Manager in general daily duties running the area and managing administration and HR procedures.

Course requirements:

Work-based learning and assessment with eLearning support materials, coursework and testing of functional skills.

General Duties:

  • To complete all elements of the Apprenticeship programme within 12 months of the first date of registering.
  • Attendance record for training sessions will be 100%

Complete online health and safety and any other training as directed by the Line Manager

  • To work in a safe and hygienic manner at all times.
  • To be presentable, polite and respectful to customers, clients and Compass Group Staff and other Apprentices at all times.
  • Successful completion of the Apprenticeship Programme

Personal:

  • Ensure compliance to Compass Group policies
  • Exercise prudent control of travel expenses when travelling to qualifications workshops
  • Attends all qualifications workshops and functional skills exams as directed during induction.
